Presentation Interest Form

If you are interested in presenting a CE credit class for our members, please submit the interest form below. Someone will contact you once you submit it. If you have questions, you can contact our director of programs at admin@ebcamft.org.

Do you qualify?

• Current, valid license, registration, or certificate related to the subject of the presentation.
• Master’s or higher degree related to the subject of the presentation.
• Training, certifications, or experience in teaching the subject of the presentation.
• At least two years experience related to the subject of the presentation.

Other Requirements

If you qualify to present a class, you will need to submit the following:

• Resume or CV
• Description of the program
• Program goals
• Learning objectives
• Program timeline/outline
• Speaker biography
• References
